Leaders have powerbuilds too, typically rocketeer jet junkies.
Your build is barely a COMBAT build, not talking bout POWERbuild. Yours is weird leader build, kinda taxi, but actually not, kinda fighter but crappy one...

BUT it doesn't really matter because I'm in a faction now so I guess unless you guys wanna keep saying build is faked go ahead and close this thread...  It doesn't matter really because several people have asked me for a copy of the build in game so they could make their own....
