Oh okay, just curious. but how DO certain people get skins anyway?

They have a special char for it that is 100% roleplay, involved in some official roleplay event. So it is quite rare.

A game master or admin gave them the skin. If you meet one ingame, you might can get one aswell. But keep in mind, we have rules there too, such as no power armors, no animals or plants, etc. Also we don't revert skins... and most skins have a lot disadvantages.

And what do you mean by disadvantages? As in like armor won't show up?

where can i sign up as roleplayer... ive been roleplaying on game called San Andreas Multiplayer (aka sa-mp) its an online tool for a GTA game, there ive played many servers where i had different roles, but as this one is about wasteland, i guess its bit another story, so.. uhhm... yea, can i sign up? id like to be a monk/priest or something, whoever got skin as robe child of atom priest? or maybe just a priest from some so called "home" town, NCR? well yeah... ^^ thanks, bye

Tribal skins : ?
Raider with blue pants : ?

Blue pants raider would be cool to play as, dunno what I'd do for role-playing with it, though.
