Nope, but you lost you aimed attacks with unarmed/melee.

If my character has 1 charisma and wants to lead someone to another town, would the charisma bonus from taking mentats allow me to lead the group?

I got problems with buying a old bunker base, i got money and 3 players following me and the wally is saying that i need all my members to be following me in my group otherwise they wont count as followers wtf is this some sort of bug?
