Depends on the terrain. Highwayman greatly loses speed at mountainy terrains, while Hummer still keeps its original speed (or loses some speed, not much).

So if my group has lockpicker and we solve the robots, we can just go to lvl 5 nothing else is needed? Like repair etc?

What about the deteroriation rate of a Hummer? Does it handle the rough terrain better than Highwayman?

as far as i know it doesnt matter. but if i were you i would make an account in Hub or SF, cause:

Redding is safe when PeaceKeepers are defending it (in theory, cause i dont belive that CS would let any bluesuit in)
Same in BH
NCR is full of reputation exploiters, suicide bombers and other kamikaze nutz ;p

Sneak is not at all related to Steal skill, and you will always be visible to another player if you are within 3 hexes of them, even with 300% skill.
