My friend got pissed of Ralph in gunrunners, he said the first dialog twice and now he doesnt want to speak with him anymore. So if he increase reputation with them, will ralph speak with him again?

There is many reports about this problem, but i never get answer for this.
Just use "Search" button.

A rare armor (well, for players), brown/red, that wear Ranger of NCR. Don't have really good stats.

Is it possible to raise INT for +3? My friend has 6 and if he wants to learn doctor lvl3 he needs 9 int...

one option is to take gain intelligence perk which is +1 int then use mentats for +2.

Then you might as well start over a new doctor character or forget about doctor 3 and move on.
If you do decide to start over then you should search for the character planner.
