If I have 2 lap tops right beside each other and log in with different chars is that daul logging am I ok to do that or is it still cheating. I have never done this so no one say I am cheating just want to know if it is.

.  No am not using 2 I just wanted to know if I could use to but what if say my gf is using the other laptop is that still cheating.

Just stick with one computer, one account at a time and don't try to bypass the timer for logging back in.

As I said before have nevrr done it just want to know but still got questions about it ok say I want a tent near ncr so I can't use 2 pcs at once but say my GF is at her home and am at my home can I get her to go on one of my alts so I can make share tent or is that still cheating.

What is the effect of a motion sensor?  First I think its the regular +20% outdoorsman from fo2, dishonest abe says it adds +2 pe, I tested it and it has not effect on PE.  and you can't really test a +20% outdoorsman...

I didn't say it affected PE. I said it affected PE just for terms of finding sneakers. It doesn't add anything to your FoV. People say that the Stealth Boy is not working properly, which would just be a bug. Motion sensor might not be working either, but that is how it should work.

(Someone would need to compare using the Motion Sensor on someone that is sneaking and compare it at same distance/direction when the motion sensor is not being used.)

Per bullet,

Lets say I shoot someone with a 10mm smg, if all bullets hit, Bonus ranged damaged will cause an extra 20 damage.

If i shot with a avenger and all bullets hit, Bonus ranged damage adds an extra 80 damage.

Bonus Ranged Damage.
+2 damage per bullet (So it's great with miniguns and LSW)

Will Int boost from mentats increase repair skill given that i have 179 and want 180 for armorer 3?

If nobody knows i guess it calls for me to try it out.
