lol people are really unrealistic... a UFC fighter/ greatest boxer ever known would have toughness 2x and shit.... Stephen Hawking has an INT of 10 but every other stat is bad... use the character planner.... dont be ashamed to be a 2, or 4... the word average means AVERAGE, like EVERYONE ELSE lol... and fat people cant have an extreamly high charisma, endurance, or agility. Anyhow everyone has forgotten their perks, but it should go by age maybe every two years you can grab a perk? As opposed to getting them all at the age of 21... shit, 10 years from now half of us might have to go to war and who knows what kind of perks we'd learn there

also lol I got quoted twice... sounds like someone's a little jealous of my very comfortable steel-toes  wear a pair of those for over four years and then tell me it's not the same as wearing a pair of running shoes... Have you ever been kicked by a guy wearing a pair of steel-toes? Not only does it hurt but 1 good shot in the knee, or pretty much anywhere in the leg takes someone down and injures that leg. A pair of steel-toes are fighters footwear, not only will they save your ass on the streets but you can stand in them for over 8 hours and not have sore feet. EVeryone should wear a pair 24/7 while outside of them homes... I'm really surprised some people don't... how can you go toe to toe with a guy thats wearing steels, when your wearing running shoes? You would need a shoe-knife.

only problem is that after lvl 25 you lose skills, and perks, and stat points, thank god that we are dynamic, for exampe, after a few months a guy can add +2 to his strength if he works hard enough.

Well, there are definetively people with some natural born charisma out there.
Jesus? (was for sure some charismatic guy, even without the religious stuff), many "dictators" too, well, especially (geez, the bad word :/ ) Hitler was for sure a charismatic guy, people seemed to hang on his lips. That's then what I mean, charismatic people can be "good" or "bad", if they are charismatic enough people will do everything they want and they gather huge amounts of followers. Also a perfect example that Charisma hasn't anything to do with how one is looking.
