I guess i told that guy (midget-trader in Fortress) a few bad words. He is not happy to see me anymore (but only him, guards not attacking me). So is there any way to improve relationship between Fortress trader and me ? Cheers!

Have you actually let him kill you? This would probably be the first thing I'd try. Let him rage, and then go back.

If you play a female character, you can use a condom on him. The screen does the fade out fade in thing and he will be content again.

I have a similar problem myself. I tried blazing through the dialog to get to the barter screen by clicking 1 and 1 for the dialog options. Unfortunately, whoever wrote the dialog for this runt seems to have considered this and intends to punish any player who would dare to skip past their cleverly and expertly crafted writing. While other vendors would simply and politely show you their wares, this vindictive bastard would prefer to show you a face full of missile.

So I head back, hat in hand to apologize only to find that he still holds a grudge against me. The other gunrunners don't seem to have any problems with me coming back, just this guy. He says something to the effect of 'You have a lot of nerve showing your face back here', and begins marching toward me with his SMG in hand.

Current rep is 179 with Gunrunners. I'm a good customer, my only crime was that once I was in a hurry. If security was a little better their, I wouldn't be trying to avoid the thieves and exploiters who had robbed me previously. Yet still this little runt wants to play hardball. Maybe if he didn't have such a chip on his shoulder, we could do business again.

Long story short: Visit the Fortress once for your SG upgrade, and never go back again. Prices are high, and mercy is low.

once by force of habit i press 1-1 buttons and was killed. well, shit happens. but now when i tried to sell several costly stuff i was killed just contact Ralph.

it will forever? any ideas? is this really developers plan?
