Yeah, like Mickeal said, PvE isn't worth it, people don't farm that much. When they are able to defeat a caravan, they also have enough crafters in their gang to do the job. And with the encounter system, you can only have 1 igood encounter (like San Francisco caravans) per hour, so, most of the time, you don't get a lot of stuff like it was before.
And I was suggesting this kind of high tier stuff, cause it has to be worth it. When you fight against a tough mob, like Enclave patrols, you like to gain something more interesting than a mid tier weapon. And it would not unbalance PvP, because this kind of gun (pulse pistol for instance) is not as effective as the weapons we use at the moment (like plasma/laser rifles).
I would bring more diversity in FOnline weaponry, and a good challenge for people who like PvE.
You know, a lot of people like to kill mobs just for fun, for the challenge, for trading, no only to get more and more weapons to chainkill bluesuits...
Of course, I'd prefer more "dunjeons", to get interesting stuff, but this solution would be a lot more easier to set up.
Concerning armors, well, I don't know, maybe it should stay craftable only.
