Town control - Militia purchase delay..

 Make some delay between purchasing of another militia. (another

 We tried to attack enemy in Redding. We had many players. We killed almost all of militia, but after cca half of minute, new 20 militia rushed us. If enemy stay near sherrif and have enough money, it is almost impossible to capture the city, because of endless waves of milita.

 I like the militia idea, but this is unfait i think.

It is kinda retarded how you can just pay some nigga 500 caps and apparently he has an entire army of guys with adavanced weaponry to spawn immediately......

Actually, there is a delay, if you haven't noticed it yet. You can't just hire them till you run out of caps.

there is some kind of cooldown for buying new militia
btw you killed maybe 5-6 of them

we killed more than half, but than another 20 attacked us..

maybe there could be some kind of counter action against new militia buying.. of course, that we can kill enemy with money, but it is hard to do this in room with many enemy inside and only one entrance..

U can't buy new militia until old militia corpses dissapear. The cooldown for body dissapearing after death is 10 minutes. Pretty enough time fo u to kill all players-defenders(ofcourse if u strong enough), so no need to change it.

Militia should have equipment approriate to the locale.

Klamath should have Trapper Militia and some Tribals.

Den should have druggie rabble and random travelers/scum plus a few Slaver types.

Modoc should have farmers and some random travelers.

Redding should have miners/Athabasca Dick sorts of guys

Gecko should have various ghouls.

Broken Hills should have a mix, plus special behavior rules. (Since in Canon, BH is at least sort of guarded: they have PATROLS around BH WM area.)

It should be up to the TC gang to provide armor, ammo, and weapons beyond whatever they start with.
And it should be lootable.

Wanna give everyone a minigun? Go ahead, but they may lack the skill and you can lose it.

The Den rabble should maybe come with Jinxed and a pile of Molotovs each. Local Flavour!
Plus maybe random drugs (and 0-2 Jet, which they may use)

this is a nice touch, but if you must equip then for give the loot to other as you suggest...

They would come with basic equipment that they would logically have given their economic level and geographic location.

Upgrading their gear should be an option accompanied by risk.

Most of what you suggested wouldn't last 1 second against TC groups. I could solo a thousand trappers and still come out on top.
