Pipe/One shoot rifle

This would definitely help starting characters, given the all-too easy ways of losing equipment early on.

From what I recall of original Fallout, the stats on a Pipe Rifle weren't exactly spectacular, but at least it is something with the ability to trade sheer damage for range (which I would consider particularly important a distinction for early level characters).

Please add another (however insignificant) voice in support of the notion ;)

actually, newly created characters don't nee range, they need as much raw damage output as possible, and throw in some acuracy perks on top of that

It's about options, and something that I do not see as greatly impacting the already existing mechanics. Thus, could only help (until somebody comes up with an idea to abuse it, but that's another subject altogether :D)

Personally i'm testing out a Solo Combat Build, which can't lose ridiculously easily to a sniper powerbuild. So far it is a success, i can snipe most things in the eyes easily, but prefer to go for the arms and legs first.

Just i want to add that pipe rifle should be used by newbies and should make damage like 10mm pistol or less and have more range :).
That would be a new first weapon for small levels

Yeah,i was supporting the idea also actually but guess i just wrote it wrong :p
ohh yeah and im an slaver, not snipah or big guns xD
