Whatever drugs you took are affecting your build negatively because you only have 5 PE and you have 199 HP even though you have 3 ST and 6 EN and 2x Lifegiver which should give you 198 HP.

About your build, 4 Charisma is just about useless because you can't get a second merc with it.

Edit: I talk about PE because you only have 5 but you clearly have BroF as a perk (requires 6 PE), so whatever drugs you took haven't given back your PE.

what do you mean? he is off drugs at that time, he has chem reliant chosen, so side effects of drugs are minimal, also 4 cha is good enough for me and friends to travel

All I'm saying is that your stats aren't accurate for anyone to judge them because they are being affected by drugs. According to your Perks, should have at least 6 PE but you only have 5, and your Strength is lower than it should normally be too.

3 ST,
5 PE.
It's jet.

Chem reliant is pretty useless as 2x 100% chance to get addicted to jet does nothing, and half of forever for the ill effects is still forever.

If you are a PVP player the build is ugly....
