Pretty simple idea, just use the motion detector to install a permanent pipboy upgrade allowing you to toggle between chatlogs and a minimap. This will help people be aware of players/npcs that are within line of sight but off screen. Whenever a player fires their dot should flash and in tb whoever's turn it is should have a yellow dot. This would help people who play at 800x600 and also when people zone into RT outdoor encounters, if they come in off screen you never know they are there even if you can see them.

I like it. And the flashing dot solves the lack of directed sound. Especially if the upgrade is permanent.

This exists already in tactics and was in f 1&2.

Sure it would make the game less unique.  It would add a feature that has been found to be almost essential in tons of games.  Just because other games have something doesn't mean FOnline shouldn't do it.  Other games are fun, does thta mean we shouldn't have fun? Other games have PvP, does that mean we shouldn't?

yeah it's useless in the pipboy but the text box is the perfect size.
