Well it seems someone has found a way to exploit the TC system again. In Klamath, the mayor is locked inside a rented room. There's no way to kill him from the outside and apparently killing him earns you a ban anyway. You can't bomb or lockpick the doors. It's people like this that ruin the game and force us to have such strict rules. I think this asshole should be banned for this. Otherwise, it will keep happening.
