Well the project is dead for a while now. If it should be revived then I would suggest wiki format since forums are nice but working with such a huge amount of text is just not practical here. On the other hand wiki could use different sorting styles, fast search etc.
Suggestions were added to the list as unknown by default and the original plan was when I put all of them together then I start sorting them out which ones are possible and which are not. But every week there is like +1 page of suggestions and its hard to maintain by just one man. If anyone at least partially familiar with wiki environment would want to resurrect this project, I will join in again but I won't go for it on my own.
