Their is no mine near Nekr at east location. At least not showing up.

Their is a tabaco farm by Apocolip cult west coast area of Ac.
Not sure if you can craft cigs, I was unable to find it in menue and not able to craft at bench.

So, is that the querry buy JunkToe, or actuly east of Hub... The querry is West of JunkTown North west of Hub. . .
I have not seen a mine east of HUB, and I have traveled east of Hub, I wil check now. >.>

I dont think their is any mine East of HUB.  :)

What on earth is marigolds?
You mean Mariposa(military base)?
If so,then you need to find a second elevator a bit south of the first one on the third floor.There are no enemies.
