Heh, if you could steal on world map, you would see lots thieves near exit grid tagging you and cleaning your inventory before you kick them from a party. ^_^
So it's obvious that steal can't work on world map.

so, another question, where in the hell can I find an abundance of marauder encounters, preferably ones where neutral mobs (beasts, insets, hermits, practically anything that'll take a shot at them except for caravans and the such) involved as a distraction... too tired to draw up a plan of attack vs them on my own.

Hello, I've got a question. Is the quest "Get brahmin hides for Balthas" still repeatable? I did it once together with the jerky delivery quest and found that once I got back to Modoc I could only repeat the jerky quest but not the quest by Balthas. If it is repeatable, is there some sort of invisible quest timer I should keep track of?

Before wipe CD on this quest was 4 real life hours. So try to repeat this quest in 4 hours after you complete it.
