How to recruit good players to a gang?

Forgot to mention in application about my reasons... Well I'm bored from killing theives and bombers at NCR all day since I got so much money up my ass I'm coughing up Nuka Cola Commercial songs.

1. voice comm
2. invite members from your country to voice comm.. you will have more common than if you invite some thif from Latvia or whatever
3. 2 bases neccesary, or at least one and tent for you (but dont forget, they can over vote you and take your base from you)
4. do common things, like mastur., sorry, ingame things like hunting, crafring, PK or anti PK, exploiting.. this will help to strenght your relationship
5. but you will never to be able recognize retards, who wants to infiltrate you and steal you stuff.. so set your new friends age to your age, this will help
6. elicit nude pictures of your teammate's girlffriend, sisters, mothers?, grandmothers?? from your your team players, so you can blackmail them lately. This is verry effective. Why do you think that i am still online in this bugged, unbalanced, full of nerd PK game? (Hololasima has nude picture of my grandfather, so it is family pride to avoid publishing of this photo). Actualy, everyone in VSB has some blackmail stuff to another player (i have picture of Hololasima's sister). Why do you think VSB is not break up?! Only because this.
