How to recruit good players to a gang?

Sounds great people! When im serious about recruiting in large numbers I will do just that, in the mean time simply message me in the forum and we'll chat it up for a bit... Right now I'm just looking for a FEW more good players (I will take noobs as long as its worth it on my part) that fit into my timezone, no requirements EXCEPT being able to contribute to the gang. Eighter by skills, profs, or anything else useful.
"I don't want it to cost me caps to recruit you" so if you grab full combat gear from the base be able to replace it (or pay for it lol.) Don't take guns you aren't skilled enough to use, don't touch the other members stuff, etc.
Sounds fair enough eh? But I am not really looking for powerbuilding PVPers atleast not now UNLESS you are worth my time and can show me that you aren't going to try to blow our heads off and make us waste our ammo.

great way to find players is to post on the forum !

generally from what i've found most gangs don't feel to chatty, so getting a hold of them is hard at times.
as for getting good members, stash all the high end stuff in a trusted members tent and let them roam around the base, if they go a week without taking the big fancy gun you left in the weapons locker and lossing it due to a molerat bite to the groin, than they're probally alright in my book.
