Energy weapons? Why so limited... why so forgotten

U can farm Gatling lasers from Enclave, but for real it is much worth than a laser rifle coz it's still have low damage against metal/combat armors and  eats about 10 mfc for 1 burst. Ofc u can pwn 1 bluesuit/leather jacket from gatling laser for >500 dmg...

 hmm i think in that case it will be better to kill 10 bluesuits/leather jackets from laser rifle crits instead of 1 gatling burst

Anyway, I've never though it's possible to get this item, if it's so "easy" to get (just kill patrol of enclave) why nobody is selling/wearing it?

Right! I always like fight for Gatling Laser boost! Penetrate or no burst spread will make this weapon more useful, just listen:

Avenger - 35 hexes - 70-100 dmg to a Brotherhood Armor
Gatling Laser - 40 hexes - 100 - 120 dmg to a Brotherhood Armors,

Avenger - very close range - big amount of damage, but
Gatling Laser will still be 100 - 120.

Maybe? ;)
