I want to make a little suggestion, autoban anyone who use cyrillic letters in chat for about 24 hours. Thing like "ПРАДАМ ШКУРУ БРОМИНА 100 ГОЛДА!11" in NCR is kinda annoying.

It's nowhere written that cyrillic letters are forbidden. So forcing an entire group of players using another language is pretty unfair "suggestion". I suggest you something vice  versa - if you're annoyed not understanding those letters "educate" yourself and learn the cyrillic alphabet.

I know russian, and i seen how russian players think that russian is only true language in the world and reject to learn anything, even where english IS the only appreciable language. It's like smoking in public place, sure, it's not like killing anyone, but this makes every non-smoker feel uncomfortable.

i'd agree with survivor on this one, english is an acepptable language, and it is the RU were speaking about, not russians, i'm actually pure Russian myself,my dad as far as i know is RU (the asshole left when I was 6, and all I remember from that time was abuse), some and my mom moved to sweden.

I can't see why there is so much russians in North California. And english became sort of International language, and i guess it's more polite to use it when you don't know where someone came from.

Do not try to appear smarter then you are. This Wasteland speaks English, Polish, French, Czech, Russian as well as a lot of other languages (not to hurt anyone), if you've got problems with it, seek for the reasons in yourself.

't was just an example of a foreign language.
Also I barely see a russian guy ingame who can't speak a single word english. Even if it is just "poor" english, nearly everyone can handle it.
People you are describing here a just a minority, and because of that other players mustn't be punished also.
