Having your dynamite go off on time and add 5 damage is a waste of a perk. If it added 5 damage to all explosive weapons then it would be useful, also it wouldn't overpower grenades because there is only one rank.

This is unique to fonline? In F2 it just adds +5 dmg to dynamite/c4.
Okay but it has to have cap around 150-200. Otherwise it's no good for balanced players.
What needs that cap? All I'm suggesting is a +5 to grenades essentially instead of a useless dynamite boost.
