nope, there are  "bad" guys inside sometimes, it seems the devs took it down a bit, but the "bad" guys, range from cannibals (knives and spears, all the way up to rippers) and bandits (combat shotguns, 14mm pistold, desert eagles, and 10mm pistols, someimes H&K CAWS), to mercs (smae as bandits, except they also carry, sniper rifles, assault rifles and some more stuff) and deathclaws (no loot, 1k exp per DC killed, that means all you needto do is to kill 210 deathclaws to get to lvl21, or 21 Frank Horrigans...(10k exp each))

I have bad luck coz I rly can't find anyone.

P.S. DClaws in the caves are not the best choice for exp, Aliens + Floaters + Centaures + Aliens + Floaters is much better combination ))) In fact I don't think that I need to exp

well i find that the more people in your party, the more things are in the map, and so far all my cave encounters with things in it were with at least 1 friend, by myself i havent seen anything inside a cave unfortunely

I've spent 6 hours and didn't find any humans in caves. Any advice?
So that is how I look: I go to the mountains on the global map, after I stop and just enter the encounter. If I see a cave then I enter it but usually there is no one.

Maybe I should try to "stuck" on any encounter with a cave first and then enter a cave?

A tip...  Around Junktown, Looook alllllll over Junktown. I found two of those caves in one day... i cleared them out with my 4 mercs.

Junktown Scout girls are slaveable... but they're bugged to attack anyone who gets within one hex of them so I wouldn't bother with them....

actualy, i have tryed catching the Ian Trapper, its the Bandit, not the Trapper that can be caught, i have tryed before, but the bald trapper can be captured i know that
