OK, we all know NCR isn't exactly "safe" due to all the bombers.  Well, when you kill players they come right back in 60 seconds.  But some ass hole keeps killing "Sha Enin" who most people go to to sell their shit.  And it must take around an hour for that bastard to respawn because when i go out brahmin hunting and get back maybe...  idk 45 min laters.  He is dead AGAIN except this time completely blown apart. 

Solution:  Either cut back on the huge respawn time for the merchants in towns, and/or make them.... invincible, but without any combat skills whatsoever.

Its really frusturating and i believe i speak for everybody when I say its getting out of hand, especially today.

Oh and for some reason when i tried to talk to that iguana dude he suddenly runs...  I have no idea. :/

I don't know, but people say - yes, "atleast he'll not have that crap at inventory"- that's what I usually hear near by body.

When I was bombing NCR, he was killing my bomber with no reason, even if he was with 10 HP and no items at inventory.

go live in other guarded towns. Personally I'd avoid coming to NCR. That place is too dangerous, too crowded. Dont see why players keep gathering there when they could see their own legs flying at any moment.

True. The Hub is pretty good, also Junktown or even the boneyard.
But it's still no excuse to kill NPC constantly because one "hates" them. 

Anyway, it's not my decision what'll happen to him.

I've noticed this being done to the bank NPC from time to time too, people running in and suicide bombing him.

I'm not sure if the respawn timer is the same but it felt a lot longer to me and takes quite a while for him to come back.

NCR is too overcrowded for me. Hell, even some unguarded cities seem to be more peaceful sometimes :>
I recommend Hub - after last wipe it's more "user-friendly" town.

I live at Hub now, good city, but even there one NPC hates me and attack on sight, Tough Thug shoot at me each time I visit Hub from "Market" spot. So guards kill him after he attack me. I'm BoS-member, don't have too bad reputation with anyone except for raiders and VC.




Edit#2: Damned Sha Enin started to kill me on sigth too, like my bomber, now I hate him even more.



Edit#3: Ok, good GMs cleaned his head, and he stopped to kill me. May be I won't kill him for some time.

You attacked him, then he attacks you until he killed you. If you want that to stop, don't attack him.

dudes there are much more towns than ncr, with much more traders then ncr have, and even safe! explore the fuckin wasteland instead of constant crying :> And now that we have 500 people on server, all towns have people so its not a problem neither.

Vedaras don't give them bad ideas we are well where we are, and it's good not crowded :p

But he doing that everytime I come to NCR, untill one of GMs cleaned his bugged head.
One of examples: he killed my bomber like 10 times, and I think he'll do it again and again.
My character died by this twice, and could even more, if no GMs.
This damned Sha Enin don't know how to count or has bad memory, because he want to kill me each time he see me.

P.S. My bomber exploded Sha Enin only 3 times! And first time Sha Enin ignored it, and hadn't anything again this. But after 2nd explosion he started to kill my bomber like 7-8 times in a row, and only then he remembered that he don't need to kill him anymore. So after 3rd explosion he hates my bomber forever.
