A second option would be to buy this location, it would replace your current tent and be placed close to the town you bought it in. 15k caps sounds nice don't you think?
I agree, the wooden house is an excellent idea! I think the faction bases are ideal for many players to share. The tent, with it's limited space is ideal for one person, even though they can be shared. If the wooden house was for sale (15k is a perfect price, IMO), it would be great to share w/ one or two people. For those of us that just play w/ a friend or two most of the time, the house would be perfect to store/share items and resources. GREAT IDEA!
