Ok Are u ganna use any drugs?
Els you could chance some things.

Finesse is only for a crippler/sniper
if if that what you are its ok. but i would not take it.

5 st is fine
10 pe also... but i would take 8 and use sigs (drugs) to make it 10 in a pvp battle
6 en is okey al long you take the 2x live giver
1 ch = good
6 ag looks also good
8 lk? if you are a crit sniper make it 10... from the PE

Build looks okey but if you ganna use Jet/Nuka-cola/sigs you can chance some small things ;P

6 +2x sig +2x Jet = 10

And i would rather take thoughness then Awarness.

but its a persenal. i mean if you think you build is ok. and i fits your play style...

I suggest kamikaze. Its never bad to have first shot on random enc. And 8 AC is not that much.

Oh really, I dont think that 8 AC means something in fights. Its ~1 hex, that your anemy will have to come closer to have the same chance to hit you as without this 8 AC. But shooting first means a lot sometimes.
but yes, its imho, and you should decide yourself whats your priority)

Something like this...

Considering that you tag a doctor - wouldn't a living anatomy be better than a second livegiver?  I think it's good for sniper to deal more damage..
