I'm sorry there are mentally challenged people playing this game. I forgot. OK,

                I think having a rocket launcher that can shoot 2 rockets without reloading would be very helpful to PvE and PvP alike. I think this because those builds with 12 action points can shoot twice right away and weaken the target really bad. I think it will be helpful in many ways. This is why I think Feeding Clips should be implemented.

Yeah, nah, it would unbalance the weapons for PvP even more. Rocket Launchers are op as it is.

With knock-back and fairly high dmg, it would only add to the gap between BGs and every other weapon.

I will admit, BG are the ultimate choice, but that being said, I doubt there will be anything done about trying to close that gap. So improving the rocket launcher wont actually have that big of an effect. Small guns will still be underpowered and energy will be in between. The improved launcher would only bring a little more excitement to the PvP community.

No, because you still didn't explain anything. You just elaborated on the obvious. How would it affect PvP and PvE? What is the exact reason you want this weapon to have a modified version that can fire 2 rockets? Your reasoning of "12 AP builds have enough AP to fire twice" doesn't really help either. The way I can see it is you just want to adapt something to your build. Let's imagine for a minute I can create a pistol build that uses a .223 pistol and can fire all 5 shots and 2 extra (obviously you can't, as that would require more AP than it is possible to get (unless some perks have been reworked lately)). Are you saying that at this point there should be a larger clip mod for the pistol so that your build can fire all the shots without reloading? Long story short, the game isn't your conformist slave.

If you want to be able shoot 2 rockets fast, just take fast reload perk or use 2 armed rocket launchers in both hands.

BTW- Those are one-use only, so you'd have to buy a wwhole new rocket launcher each time you ue it....... Just sayin.
