Game should be after the events of FO2, that way all the extra developments to the towns and the railways make sense. Write new content for the Enclave survivors and the BoS because they're going to have new objectives.

There should be some huge shit going down too with NCR going to war against VC, New Reno, and San Fran. Historically, trains have lead the expansion of civilizations into once 'barbarian' territories.
NCR also goes to war with BoS after the events of F2

What about critical bursters with silent death, why you nerfed them ? They were great feature and improvement to gameplay.

Because sneak is not supposed to defeat a bg. That's fine balance between bgs and sneaks. Bg can't see sneak, sneak can't kill a bg just like that.

What about merc leaders, which needed special alts, had big coasts, required good tactical organising but were quite effective, why you removed them ?

Still there. But I have no idea what tactical organizing you're talking about. The common way to play mercleader was camp worldmap and then spawn on players using the auto-attack for you advantage. Preferably with proxy.

Based on evidence collected from various sources by trustworthy attendees it is undisputed veritability that the land ravaged by atomic warfare which caused extreme change of the ecosystem and environmental hazards can be considered unpleasant, rugged and unforgiving.

Spoiler alert:

NCR wins,because quantity>quality
Only a small portion of BoS remains (on the west coast at least)

For someone who had played for a while back then, all of this makes perfect sense :)
I felt a little nostalgic while reading this. Junk gathering(was it?) at the NCR barrels, oh man.

That's cool, I've thought for 2238 that it would be good to show covert activities and tensions being strained between BoS and NCR. It would be great to tell the story of what happened right before open warfare between the two broke out.

That only worked once, and only becasue HE was a sociopath who didn't care how many of his people died to "win" as long as he was still in control at the end. :/

The war started around 2238,but was limited to trash talk mostly.
The real deal happened around 2250/60 I think.

I skimmed the article, it only says "soem time after 2242."
The BOS should have been more carefull in their plans; Hide the materials needed (blueprints) in an off-shore base, like san C Island, etc.

Bro,If you hate that this happened so much, then go buy/illegally download/rent Fallout New Vegas and play as a 100% fuzzy cheeked good guy. There is an ending where NCR and BoS become allies or something.
