There is a big difference between making statements about it and actually using them, the U.S. and Russia both know any use of non conventional warfare against the other will have a swift reprisal ending up in the extinction or near extinction of mankind.  Making a statement like that is far less likely to happen than the North Korean rhetoric resulting in a war.

Actually you could apparently fit the entire world's population in Texas with enough land to farm and feed themselves if done by absolute efficiency.

Really it's a matter of how wasteful human society is, not how many humans there are, though it's very easy to see it either way.

Nothing can be done with absolute efficiency, their not robots, imagine the living condition of this "absolute efficiency", for me it sounds like living in a box.

Humans, just like any other animal require space.

Where did you get that from? Texas has 696,200 km2 and there's around 6,973,738,433 people on the planet. Divide one by another and you get roughly 10km2 per person. 1km2 is enough to feed an entire family.
