Not a good build, other snipers will kill him before he even sees them, 4 strength is too much and that "gain agility" perk makes it lose a perk with a real bonus.Also if you're not going to use any drugs then it's best to just make a pistol crippler.
use nuka , cigs , jet and buffout on him , he will work fine ... yeah real snipers do have advantage over him but , crippler shouldnt do dmg just cripple some bgers , snipers should stay far away from them so i think crippler would be survive but meh just a suggestion build hereif u wanna fight against sniper make real sniper no crippler lol , sneaker is better choice anyway ...and we dont even know for what he need a crippler , if u need some crippler for farming make pistol crippler or something ...
Are you going against NPCs or other players with this? I have a pistol crippler but it only seems to work well against Mercenaries, Yakuza, and small-sized patrols.
