Using Plasma Rifle character from Fast Shot trait and BROF, single shot costs 2 action points. If you are having Turbo Plasma Rifle and Fast Shot trait + BROF perk, a single shot will cost 1 point action?

The needler with brof and fast shot us not 1ap its 2ap.

This would make me think that 2 ap is minimum for long range weapons

Fast shot take 2 points off 2-handed weapons, instead of just one. And since a Turbo Rifle is 4 points, Fast Shot and BROF make it 1 AP point to fire.

A build like that is only useful purely for fighting NPCs though and you will be completely outgunned in pvp due to animation speed.

It's Turbo, you have Fast Shot, and a Bonus to your rate of fire, I think the animation speed should be sped up in real-time for each of these elements on any weapon if at all possible, would make for some interesting small guns-play at least, if not an actually useful Turbo Plasma Rifle in PVP.

It doesn't if you have enough skil, 300 and it won't detoriate at all.

As if TB PvP achieves anything anyway, trying to balance for TB PvE, TB PvP, RT PvE and RT PvP all at once is pointless. The systems really should be streamlined.
