Just get it - you need to look at the suggestion from every side - mostly from abusers side - if not...
(look hinkley abuses, caravan abuses) before getting any approval or even adding it into game.

I say make tons of alts, get tons of loans, put it all in one bank account and let the interest grow, then withdraw it all and dump it in the wasteland. Sounds good for the economy. How long before you could bankrupt the bank?

Then the banks could only lend to people that are lvl 24; the ammount lent could be indexed on barter skill; and the player needs to be in a player faction; this way the faction gets the debt, it requires a base, an alt for which you spent time leveling etc.

Also it could make use of the useless gambling skill.

Who would then take loans, if it is easier to make slave run or other shit, even selling spears to junktown girl is giving more cash, than loans would.
