Some changes in Traits and Perks
« on: November 22, 2012, 10:45:34 am »

Trait changes:

- Remove fast metabolism and chem resistant traits since they are usless.
- Create "Mule" trait (-1 AG +33 CW) and "Handy" trait (+10% to none combat skills -15% to combat skills)

Perks changes:

- Move Pack Rat and Strong Back perks to the support perks. They could be obtained at the Gym in New Reno.

In my opinon those changes would improve the gameplay.

Fast metabolism is a very useful trait, for hinkley builds for example it's a must. Chem resistant however is completely useless in PvP, but maybe some newcomers who don't want to have jet negative effect for them this trait can make sense.

To be honest, I kind of don't like your Mule and Handy traits. The first one is far more useless than Fast metabolism (we have strong back and pack rat), the second one reminds me good natured from the previous session, personally I wouldn't use any of them.

me thinks somebody just wants high cw lvl 1 mining alts?  I think your being a bit too obvious....lol
BTW, i love fast metabolism, for low hp builds in tb lets me easily recuperate between encounters, ummmm kinda like it was intended since idk when, "fallout 1"?

I really hate it when people keep trying to change this game into something that it's not or should never be, stick to the script!

It's all really about suppression of dissension, consensus through censorship.  Whether through extermination of those who have different or conflicting viewpoints or subtle spin of available media.  If there is only one opinion left, it must be right, right?

Who would need proxy looters if he would be able to take all loot by his PvP ape?

What PvP ape will trade AG for carry weight...
I'm not sure if I would do this on a hybrid character.

Each APE which dont need buffout can do it without any problem, also fast loot and leave is one of the best tactics in this game.
Along with support perks changed, each PvP character could take care of the loot.

In current system with Small Frame trait on most of the alts force us to use proxy looters.

FOnline is about the loot.

Actually I suck at looting, BBS were always better looters (proxy characters dedicated for looting etc.)  :P

To be honest, when making a proper pvp build the best solution is not to trade cw for special points. That's exactly why small frame is so popular.

Handy trait wouldn't make much difference. 15% isn't much on any scale.

But I fully support the cw perks being available as support perks.
