AC cap should be 180, with 140 its useless because every npc attacks you like you have no AC, and not to mention pvp where you die as soon as you spawn.

Balance trolls balance...same sneakers should wear stealth boy (but they need to be more farmable)

I like the changes to heavy handed now doesn't feel like cheap bull shit dying by guy wearing full gear with power fist :D It is now lowered to bull shit but not cheap bull shit.
