or just add random possibility to gain %'s of skills. like 1-5% (depending on char luck) but permanently! also only like 10% of books could teach you something since "you wouldnt find anything interesting" in rest. i think its cool ideaso, 10% of books can teach you something and you get 1-5% skill permanently. this would prevent alting i believe
bound to character.
4BigBook ofLifeExpierenceIncrease your skill point by 60, bound to character.
I like this idea; reactivate skill books but make it so that they're only usable at level 24, that you can only use ONE at a time for a single skill, and that it gives you a 60% bonus. Make it so you can purchase these books from library; but once you die, you have to purchase another one.A skill book would act something like the way stealth boy gives you a bonus to sneak, only it could be used for other skills. Or perhaps, call it a lvl 24 graduation diploma instead.
NO
if no bound - take 20 books to main character and 300/300/300 all skills ?
Characters can have a local variable "book bonus taken". Bounding the book to thecharacters wouldn't really change anything, because players would read the bookas soon as possible anyway. The idea seems a bit pointless to me, why not just give 60 extra skill points on level 24.But why give it at all?
but if it's item that *always* appears on level 24 and player will read it as soon as possible(because it's bound to character anyway) it's like no content at all. It's just equivalentof getting extra 60 skill points on level 24.
