You could try deleting yourself and level up back again.

Jet Antidote is more legendary item in game than a Power Armor. Do not expect GMs to give it out, don't even beg.

You can find some at events if GM puts some in events

lol i would love to see that this antidote were craftable , not so easy to craft like other things and it should be limited by 1 or 2 per charakter lol but this is nonesense i think

It's not a bug, it never was. Jet addiction lasts forever since Fallout 2 and an antidote for it is like a power armor.

About Jet, it could indeed do with the antidote being, at least a little, availbale - the old problem of it being so good has been balanced out a little bit anyway.

The only two times developers have shared theirs mind on this subject, at least only on public forum. Lexx said jet antidote is unbelievable as power armor in this game, Solar had some idea about it being implemented at some point, somehow.

Might require a new suggestion or to revive an old one.

Although there was the Antidote available in F2, it just can't be in FOnline: 2238. The Antidote was first made with the Chosen One and Myron, in the Year 2241. Therefore it can't be made by some folks in the Wasteland.

In January of 2241, the first samples of jet begin to arrive in Redding, courtesy of the Mordino family. So if that's why there should be no antidote then there should be no jet as well.
