Nope. The Google translate doesn't convey the meaning of this quote. Here's the correct one:

"Самое время надрать кому-нибудь задницу и зажевать жвачку. Но у меня кончилась жвачка."

Well, the fact is the current translation Graf gave you translates more like into "Shoot me? But please!" (meant to be ironic/sarcastic/something (a taunt)). The word has two meanings. In English you either say "Will you shoot him, please?" or "No problem". In Russian you use one word for both situations.

A more direct translation I could make up sounds like this (Please note, my Russian knowledge IS limited and MAY BE INCORRECT): "Хотел застрелить меня? Какой сюрприз!" Which translates into almost the same thing you asked for "Wanted to shoot me? What a surprise!" I can't really think of a closer translation to what you asked, but that's just me.
