9/10 says a gm placed a blocker because they dont want players to have fun with making ncr rangers,slavers and ncr fight. you know normal things that gms do that make this game even less fun.
dont get why they would do it anyway. pissing off slavers just makes npcs spawn and rarely does a player die in all this. only npcs.
but they know what is more of a troll move a guess.

Your comment drips with bitterness, falloutdude. You really think GM is only about trolling players and show off supremacy? They fare now exactly how players are. Bitter, because the game doesn't work properly. So don't add more poison, maybe then GMs will more often online when you need them.

While I do not agree it should be blocked, it would be a lie, as falloutdude said, to say that not a lot of players die during that time. The guards that are usually at the spawn points also go into the swarm, allowing all the plasma-grenadiers to come in and kill everyone. But it's all just petty NCR stuff, not like it really matters (though in this case, NCR seems to be the only city still alive).

am using a laptop and never get  3 fps when alot of guards are around. get your computer checked out.also you don't enjoy watching slavers, rangers and ncr fighting? too me this is fun to watch and I will highly miss it.

Least someone admits that many people play just to Troll.  The game has a lot wrong with it, but truth be told most of it could be looked past if it weren't for the fact that no matter where you go, some moron child is probably trollin.  Yay for player freedom it really makes the game!....

That's exactly the reason why they stand there. To be exact, to make sneakers take exactly the same consequences of killing people like anyone else. Previously there were SD plasma naders with something like -40 000 NCR reputation entering the town without a problem.

It's logical if there was a problem with suicide killers sneaking into town, NCR would put more soldiers on the town borders. Live with it.

I reduced the guards so there should be a slight chance to sneak in if you hit the right entry hex.
