This was an inherited engine change from TLA ... are they now not using it? :-\

if you know russian - yes.

You dont HAVE to know russian but it helps alot.I played there for a few months before the last wipe they had and did pretty good despite the language barrier,and the fact that american.Since all the towns are ungaurded there some gangs tend to police the one they own and if you go to the right place you will make friends.
