2238 vs. TLA

Playing abit on TLA atm since no point in being bored on 2238 before a wipe..
you can get by without knowing russian pretty well. atleast caravans speak english :P
Items are easy to come by and strangers give you gauss gun :P
Towns are filled with people.. no super powerful guards @ NCR but some players defend some towns themselfs.. which is alot cooler
Xp from critters doesn't decrease..
wish 2238 were more like TLA in those aspects
seems to lag more frequently than 2238, and god I swear ap recharges so slow, and walking in combat mode can be annoying(when ur walking to cave exit :P) it's good that combat mode is longer in pvp tho.

lol yeah 1 hour and you have ca mingun rockets gauss etc its sux. 2238 is better beacause its harder here for eveything starting from exping and ending on find or buying good items. For me TLA is boring all too easy to get there

its also boring to grind or when people nutcup / sit in ncr all day / dont visit towns with their equipment.. which is what you got on 2238
personally I dont want to spend ages doing boring shit so I can have some fun later.. don't want to waste my time like that.

I wouldn't mind trying another flavor of fallout online, just to compare and contrast. What is TLA? Do they have a website?

TLA = just an other server... Mainly russian...
if you speak russian you'll be fine... but els you will have a hard time there.
(they used to shoot non-russian people on sight)
