some insight on upcoming changes (balance and more..)

maybe there is dev or gm that knows the upcoming changes and is not realy occupied working on the patch himself that could share info

we already know that Bonus rate of fire perk is gonna get fixed , yey we say but with fast shot working as it is i strongly worry about its synergy (same goes for bonus hth attacks)

any weapon / ammo changes ?

and what about leaks in economy ? traders get some love ? caves fixed?

Are guards gonan count for merc limit?
i.....
..
feel free to ask what bugs you wonder about to get fixed (just no suggestion stuff)

Both fast shot and bonus rate of fire used to work and things were just fine.Its not like its reserved for a select few,anyone can take the perk and I personally am looking forward to having it back.

are you quite aware that with it you can have 3 avenger rounds with reload a round ?
another thing are 1 AP melee/unarmed attacks with BHtHA (maybe melee is not good for pvp but its still heck strong in all other times..

Just remove Fast Shot effect on unarmed/melee. Only in Fallout 1 it's working this way.
Why to remove fast shot effect from unarmed? Well its called fast shot, but its about not aiming precisely, and thats may effect Hth attacks the same way. What about hits for 1ap? dont worry, if u have good ranged weapon build, then melee fighter won't even hit you once.
Ps. HtH users can hit for 1 AP even now, if they know how.

Bonus rate of fire = -1 perk. Everyone gonna take it, stop being so enthusiastic...

No one is getting three bursts from an avenger,its not even possible to do it.I dont know how long you have been playing but before the last wipe we always had both fast shot and bonus rate of fire and things were just fine.Like I said before its not like the perk is reserved for a select few players so it wont be unfair for anyone.If your really worried about someone having an advantage well thats the name of the game.Make a build to rival all other builds and have some fun.

Now that I think about it maybe three bursts is possible with drugs.I dont know because I never use them,and i honestly still dont care.

No one is getting three bursts from an avenger,its not even possible to do it.
You can do it when flying! 10 AP + 2 Action Boys + 2 Jet. With "Bonus Rate of Fire" and 2 Jets you can do 3 eye-shots with non-sniper rifle per turn and 3 bursts with miniguns with 1 Jet.

I would LOVE to see the changelog before the actual update so i could know wether i need to remake a char or smth early enough.

To be honest having 12 attacks or more with unarmed would mean that unarmed chars could finally try and take on mutants/bos in TB and have a slight chance of winning. Still need luck and other targets to distract them but currently you plateau at floaters/centaurs.

If you have mega powerfist u make 20-40 dmg + 15 (10str melee damage + heavy handed + 3xbonus damage hth) +5 vs living creatures (anatomy) x 12
25x12=300 and 60x12=720
So in round u can deal 300-720dmg if theres no missed hits. Am i right?
But anyway u have to get close to your enemy first. With sneak 300% u can get only 3 hexes from enemy. That suck.

Don't forget about DR. Critters have not bad DR vs all types of damage. But, I think Wiki isn't right. Because if watch Radscorpion's defence, you see:

Defense    Resistance    Threshold
Normal    10%            4
Laser            10%            4
Fire            10%            4
Plasma    10%            4
Explosive    10%            4
Electrical    10%            4
EMP            10%            4

But, I noticed, that normal type weapons deal MUCH more damage, than laser and fire. You'll deal min. damage with laser pistol, even magneto-laser pistol. That's really small energy cell wasting, I think you'll kill them faster with 10mm pistol. Also these damned radscorpions do not die so fast by flamer, I really hate them, if not playing by small gunner. "Electrical" type damage (power fist and cattle prod) is most uncommon type, and only Tesla Armor have great resistance vs this type of armor. But critters MUST (may be...) have the same resistances vs all types. Anyway you'll get 12 strikes, so Treshold will apply on every strike, so it much less damage. ;p

Radscorpions can be killed one punch very early on, big ones too.
