So the story begins by me a lonely player wanting to complete the deal that was organized through the radio. I entered the great Vault City to wait for the merchant that has promised the secret of CA. I was faster than him so i took a spot near guard we talked about random stuff. After a while there came a man dressed in a CA and in metal armor a woman they started talking in the line of ''Oh you have a gun that is fucking great lets go hunting together'' they seemed very strange as if to meet up but then again they entered the city at the same time as if they were droped by the town by the same taxi. After a while the sun was high above our heads there entered the merchant with the promised goods with a man in a jumpsuit much like what i was wearing at the time i couldnt distinct in which pocket did he have the BP as there were so many of them on his CA. I went closer to him tryed to trade with him he seemed off and turned his back on me as if to hide his face when he gave the order that soon misia the metal armor woman obeyed. I was shot in an instant. I droped the 5 caps that i held in my hands with a smile on my face. For i knew from the very start that it was trap.

This Express was such an obvious scam account... first posting xx useless posts wherever he could, then "offering" quite valuable things.. does this forum have any moderators at all?

Things are "obvious" only until you don't have to take take any responsibility for penalizing people.

What is point of even having rules if there is literally 0% chance of consequence for breaking them?

The only thing I ever see these days (It used to be different, better) is a mod closing a topic for being nothing more than a barrel full of ape-shit; other than that your pretty much home-free to do whatever the fuck you want as long as you don't come out and say "Hey im breakin teh rules trololol".

I find it frustrating.

When you write things like that, so obscure, mistakes are gonna happen occassionaly.  It was a misunderstanding.

@Eternauta - apologies.

However I don't wholeheartedly agree.  If anything I believe such situations would be more fun than demotivating.  However I can see where it could get old instead of funny. 

Like being told the same joke over and over again by different people then you just put some earplugs in so you don't go insane .
