there is one or two traders than you cannot barter 1 charisma.

the first trader in downtown of san francisco for example.

- or maybe its low intelligence -  either way..

New suggestion:
1. Possiblity to get support perks: awareness, educated, pathfinder, swift learner, strong back via dialog, simple quests.
2. Possiblity to get % for outdoorsman, barter, repair via dialog (25% cost 2500 anima), max is 100%
3. Simple quests for begginers.

aggro means +15% critical chance? does it mean one can be 40% crit chance minnigunner? and even better with tactic skill?
thats probably overkill and no need for other builds.

Increase agressive mode? Take flags faster?

the more tactical skill you have the better agressive and defensive mode will get

No it work and very, very good. I know, people sad its shit, but in real when you have/don't have tactical skill close 300 than in defen. you can take for example 50 hp dmg more like without good tactical fighting skill.

It work very good and was tested by me and few players.
