this server is nevry nice. right now is very fresh and modest but every day it gets bigger and bigger. devs are good at it and they want to implement many great things. in 1month this server will be awesome.
best announced features :
-ability to drive cars in the cities
-ability to use them to ram enemys line, possibility of shooting with a car, use them as road blockade, wall
-possibility of hidding behind obstacles when you are crouching or proning
-new weapons
-ability to buy robot mercs

If you are SG you just need to find some mantis,  wolfs etc. and burstthem from 1 hex and you should gain like 400-600 exp for one critter.

no you dont shoot them woth hex. shoot them on splash damage to get bigger exp

in 2 week will be chaos, we are making wiki, updater, forum, third fraction, energertic weapon upgrade, but this is very needed for next wipe in next month.
About weapon, we will balanced it, and for energy weapon we wish add special effect, for example more knockable shoot, or enemy will loos 2-3 ap for every  hit from energy weapon, taking radiation(or small radiation for enemy and more radiation for map where ew is used)...

Exp x3 is good imo and thats fine. I have already got 30 lvl playing 6 days 2-3 hours (include most control cities, actions etc). It is very good because you can play pvp without drugs and max lvl. Really like it.

So wipe will be next 2 weeks, right? I think you must make something for spending player points, example:
-vault city 10k to enter (it is good)
-send messages (it is good, lvl20)
-special discribe when click on character (5k)

Where is sniper rifle? It makes no sense if it isn't obtainable when I can obtain Laser Rifle.
