 Althought your project is focused on team PVP, i hope you can solve most 2238 problems:

 Empty locations = no players, no fun.
 Absence of any funny gamemode (capture the flag, ...)
 50 weapons in game, only 4-5 are usable in PvP :/
 Sandbags, mines, traps...simply items that could bring more variables into static city streets.
 

 And please, dont make the same mistake like on FODE. Maybe you did not realize that in your pubescent vulgar shooting, but almost every FODE city location is s...t. Why? Because it is sooooo HUUUUUUUUUGEEEEE, and you will never ever fill it with players, even you will have 500 hundreds online per day (trust me, you will have not).

I figure it's pretty clear it uses same maps as 2238 except for WORLDmap.

Yeah, it is almost like on 2238 (TLA reworked maps + Junktown, Hub, BoS base, F1 Maripossa).
It is for first wipe, later if that will be needed we can add more location.

In this weekend we will finish rest of things for playable CBT (fully playable, not like tests in fode). Than we will make 2 weeks developers test to find most important bugs, and than we will start CBT for max 120 players (on this moment we have 40-50 people who are interested for CBT, but if game will be good, than that will be nothing problem with more players, problem can be with lags and crash of server, but we must test it to see how it work).

That will be normal playable game, nothing experience machines, nothing hinklay etc.
