I think 3rd level +5% More Critical must be the most overrated perk in this game.
It makes difference less than 1 / 20 times you shoot (in exactly 4.75% cases you fire at someone).
It's nowhere near the usefulness of 2 special points from weapon handling.
Its still flat crit. chance bonus which is quite important for every characters that is doing uncalled shots and wants to crit. Moreover, this season, big gunners have easier time with SPECIAL requirements and those 2 points are not that important for them.

Weapon handling is only op compared to other lvl3 perks because:
A-rush is bad, quick recovery doesn't work, toughness and stonewall were moved to upper levels.

Perk acting as 2 special points is balance. That's how for example action boy, shaprshooter and 1st lifegiver work.

On level 12. Sharpshooter on 9 but it's weaker than weapon handling.

I think perks should be balanced with other perks that are available on the same level.
Especially for level 3 when only a few are available.

Ye, I think sharp shooter should be from lvl 3rd too.
Why do you think wh is so good perk? It was when it has been giving +3str.

Then it's best just buff the other lvl3 perks. More good perks available early provides more variety. Fonline isn't fallout where too good perks early would break the game balance.

Like avv said, weapon handling is good because other lvl 3 perks suck. I think Solar said that adrenaline rush will give you +20% dmg resistance when having low hp (or something like that) so it will become quite useful.

WH is useful mainly for snipers, big gunners mostly don't need it so if you remove this perk (+1 ST sounds like a joke and will make the perk practically useless) snipers will become weaker and big gunners will be even stronger → imbalance.

Then give us thougness and stonewall on 3rd level if u wanna nerf it :) It wont be soo imba compare to other 3rd lvl in that case

I'm having trouble understanding why it should be reduced to +1 instead of +2 at all.

If the problem is that it's too popular as a level 3 perk, the argument could at least be made to bump up the level requirement, but I see zero reason at all to further reduce it's benefit. 

If it was reduced to +1, then the perk would become useless.  I wouldn't take it at all, to be honest, at any level.

Id move it to lvl 6 perks and leave it as +2. Sharpshooter is a bit better than wh, because it can go over 10. Gain perks should be available from 6, if not from lvl 3.

Irrelevant. Perk changes can be (and should be) made along with server wipes.

Sure, nerf it. If nerf attitude will not change next wipe will be definitely end of fonline 2238...  :-\

It's not about "nerfing the game", it's about making the perks properly balanced.

You obviously don't get how criticals work, that extra 5% can be the difference between 90% crit to eyes and 95% crit to eyes, may not seem like a lot but the last thing you want in pvp is a non crit opening attack.

there are other +2 special perks sharpshooter, LG, action boys. Wh is lvl3 perk but drops ur carry weight, other perks dont dont make u sacrafice anything thus they are lvl 9 and 12 perks. WH is only good for snipers now use ur brain, low ST + WH + MAMK2 = no loot at all, obviously u dont use power builds to know anything about the gameplay and WH

Exactly. The only good perks at lvl 3 are: weapon handling, more critical and pack rat. Everything else is useless.

Gain perks on 3 would make many builds include them, which would be really interesting. It should better happen, so that they can be taken in "serious builds" even with their current effects.
