yes it IS too powerful. can't hit a guy at 5-10 hexes wiht 70AC using 120% energy weapons skill with laser rifle if he runs, getting like 60-70% hit chance with untargeted shots.

keep trolling.

120% is nothin'.
99% of F2238 players got no less than 180% of thier combat skills.

Every pvp build is made with just enough skill to have a decent hitchance at maxrange. 1 hex is 4% so even 90 ac decrease the effective range of a laser rifle to 50% (22,5) while running. Same goes for the sniper.

What it means is that a minigunner can easily run straight at an enemy sniper without any serious chance of getting knocked out or blinded. And that is with the current AC limit.

So can you know please explain how unlimited AC will not ridicule the gameplay? I'm open for any arguments on your side.

And if you say that AC builds have too much of a drawback build-wise, then you're just bad at making builds.

Ofc that removin' ac limit would make this game harder 4 gunners.
It won't make gameplay more ridiculous, but more realistic.
Why the hell every gunner that I meet in F2238 has Eastwood's aim?
Yes, I know. It is still only a game. It ain't supposed to be ultra realistic.
But IT AIN'T FREAKIN' POSSIBLE TO HIT EVERYONE YOU MEET IN HIS/HER EYE FROM 100 METERS.

Also! Devs spent a lot of time makin' perks.
Leavin' ac limit where it stands, would waste part of theirs work.

We are talkin' about AC, not about protection from criticals.
And as far as I remember AC ain't reducin' chance or efficiency of criticals.

Dude, AC jinxed HtH char will pop everywhere to troll everyone if the cap is removed. They don't need any armor, any weapon, they can freely go in bluesuit and come back ten times if you have enough luck to hit and then kill them. While most of time you will loose your turn, your weapon will fall on the ground or blow up in your hands, and all these funny things. Same char with dynamite will also be a real pleasure to deal with... And sniper will prolly disappears, as there will be big guns with enough AC to not be hit before reaching their range and slaughtering them.

The problem is in unarmed. Not in AC.
And the maximum count of AC 4 gunners is 160.
It ain't very much tbh, but nvm, there is still very easy way to deal with all AC builds.
Shoot in a leg.

Why not to nerf unarmed and buff AC by removin' its limit?

I hate the overpowerness of 1 hex bursts and that's why I took jinxed.
I'm not an ape with 290hp (I got 192).

It's been already said by a developer himself that the AC limit's gonna be removed, anyone who's discussing and whining about how it shouldn't is a troll and basically doing off-topic, because this thread is not about "IF", it's about "WHEN".
People already planned and leveled their dodger characters and now are endlessly waiting until the bug(that's what it is basicly) is removed(soon).
