I got this encounter when I was wandering in city areas, so I think it's a double log, because a guy with his name and a dot, and another guy with the same name and 2 dots, well, see for yourself:

No, it's just he entered two times in the same encounter. Sentences ends by dots, and he have a dot at the end of his nick, therefore two dots.

Logistic capability is power.

This is to be arranged/acquired through teamwork.

Multi-logging to make tents/etc. means free power.

Tentmaking and basebuying might be power, but it's something that gets done anyway. With dual log it gets done more comfortably because you don't have to bother your friends with unsurprising tasks.

Use fast-relog and radio beacon for tents.
Worked in previous wipes.
