As for en.wikipedia, there is a slight delay when a page loaded till the "wiki is blacked for today blabla" - just make the browser stop further loading the page and you can read it.

Yeah, heard that Obama said he wouldn't support those law, so both SOPA and PIPA seem doomed.

This game may be the first thing to go. I'm not sure but even though it is a free game, SOPA and PIPA both are meant to keep foreign websites and domains from infringing on American copyrights, as an American all I can say is WTF congress. None of the American internet users can support this bill. If you are an American call your Reps today and tell them to vote no on both issues.
