rare items

propose to make any glasses (spectacles) can be put in place a helmet.
Let give a bonus to perception, for example
Because of their rarity balance is not upset
You can also give other rare items "special qualities"
For example necklace - + charisma, etc.

Changed item movement checks to allow non-armor items to be put in head slot; on-screen awareness will display them with gray color, armor items will stay green.
